All payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates and full shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Our Refund & Return Policy sets out the conditions under which items may be returned and refunds issued, and forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including EU and UK distance-selling rules where they apply.
